Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does parking lot striping take?

It depends on the size of the lot, but most commercial lots take just one evening. We try to schedule work during off-hours so your business isn't affected. A typical 100-space lot can usually be done in 4-6 hours.

How long do the lines last?

With quality traffic paint and proper application, lines usually last 1-3 years depending on traffic volume and weather exposure. We use high-visibility paint rated for outdoor pavement, so you'll get strong wear out of every job.

How long before the paint is dry enough to drive on?

Traffic paint typically dries to the touch in about 30 minutes and is safe for traffic in about an hour. We'll let you know exactly when it's safe to open the lot back up.

Is my lot ADA compliant?

Not sure? That's what we're here for. We'll do a quick review of your lot and let you know if anything needs to change. ADA requirements cover the number of accessible spaces, their size, signage, and access aisle markings. We handle all of it.

Do you work with property management companies?

Absolutely. We work with property managers across Lincoln and Omaha. If you manage multiple properties, we're happy to set up a schedule to keep all your lots looking their best throughout the season.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in the Lincoln and Omaha area and serve a 50-mile radius from both cities. That includes Fremont, Beatrice, Nebraska City, York, Columbus, and plenty of smaller towns in between. If you're not sure if we cover your area, just give us a call.
